Welcome to Mobile Apps So you are considering creating a PBS mobile app -  that's great!   Before embarking on such an exciting venture, much thought and consideration is required before even approaching PBS with your idea.  The app proposal process involves thorough research on your part as well as the organization and fortitude to make solid, sensible decisions.  The purpose of this documentation is to lead you and your team down a path to the ultimate goal of submitting a successful app proposal.  The flow we found to be most effective is as follows: Review  PBS recommendations  to  develop a concept and plan  for your app. Review and adhere to all  PBS mobile requirements . Create and submit your proposal .
