## New Curate console

<summary>Can more than one user be logged in to our Curate instance? </summary>

Yes. Multiple users can be logged in to the Curate console at the same time. [Submit a support ticket](https://digitalsupport.pbs.org/support/tickets/new) to request the access you need. Examples of roles:

- Station admin - access to your station lists and shows you manage
- Show admin - access to specific shows

<summary>Are all collections being moved to the new Curate?</summary>

The following Station collection will remain in the old console:

- Passport Landing Featured Local Video Collection
  - This collection will be retired with the release of the PBS.org redesign. Linked Video list will remain on Passport Landing

  - Exploring ability to customize title and description on the video collection (e.g., PBS.org Local  
Passport Videos)

## Logging in

<summary>My station produces a national show so I need access to my station and the national content. Is this possible?</summary>

Yes. If you do not see all of the content to which you should have access, please [file a support ticket](http://digitalsupport.pbs.org/support/tickets/new).

<summary>My show is not listed. What should I do?</summary>

If you find that your show is not listed in the Curate console, please [file a support ticket](http://digitalsupport.pbs.org/support/tickets/new) and detail what shows you expect to see.

<summary>Can I preview my content in a browser?</summary>

Currently you cannot preview your content in a browser. 

*Please don't let that stop you from adding content!*

 Adding a preview feature is on our roadmap so stay tuned.

<details>
<summary>Will local shows have a page on PBS.org?</summary>

Yes. You will be able to include full episodes, clips, previews, photo galleries, a description, and times and dates the show airs.
</details>

<details>
<summary>Is any of my show page content automatically carried over from Media Manager?</summary>

Show items that are carried over automatically from Media Manager include:

- Video
- Video description
- Funder text
- Official website link that links to your website
- Full episodes
- Clips
- Previews

This means you do not have to worry about adding these items to Curate.

<details>
<summary>Can I use the Curate tool to upload videos?</summary>

No. You need to go to the [Media Manager console](https://media.console.pbs.org/admin/shows/) to upload videos and web objects. Curate allows you to schedule videos that already exist.

## Content

<summary>How is the Show Preview created?</summary>

<summary> Can I add a custom button link on the show/episode pages of our SVP?</summary>

No. There is not currently an option to add custom buttons to the show page hero area. 

You can add custom content using the [Supporting Links list](https://docs.pbs.org/space/CB/327550567/Supporting+Links), however, the list displays in the About section of a show page (does not display on apps).
</details>

## Scheduling

<details>
<summary>How often can I change items in my Lists?</summary>

For all *unpublished* Lists, you can schedule items to change as often as you like. You can schedule a homepage item to change every few seconds if you want.

<details>
<summary>As a station, what are some of the elements I can schedule?</summary>

Stations can program:

- One of five of the featured carousel images in the [PBS.org HomePage HeroCarousel](https://docs.pbs.org/space/CB/5341373/PBS.org+HomePage+HeroCarousel).
- Station contact information in the [PBS.org Header Station Links](https://docs.pbs.org/space/CB/5341395) List.
- Up to 15 local videos in the [PBS.org Videolanding Local Videos](https://docs.pbs.org/space/CB/5341235) List.
- Up to five social media links with the [PBS.org HomePage Social Media Hashtags](https://docs.pbs.org/space/CB/5341513) List.

<details>
<summary>I scheduled a List but it did not automatically go live. Why?</summary>

Only Lists that are scheduled for the current day and time go live automatically. Lists that are scheduled for future dates remain unpublished until the day and time arrives that they are scheduled to go live, at which point they go live automatically.
</details>

<details>
<summary>What happens if I choose not to program my Shows page?</summary>

If you choose not to program your [PBS.org Show Carousel](https://docs.pbs.org/space/CB/327549283/PBS.org+Show+Carousel), it populates automatically with most recent shows.

<summary>Can I delete a List that is published and live on my site?</summary>

No. Only Unpublished Lists can be deleted. To remove a List that is live, you must expire the List. Keep in mind that if you expire a List without a List to replace it, the List does not display on your site. <summary>Can I use Curate to upload web objects?</summary>
