## Where this list displays
This list displays on the following platforms and pages:

## Overview
The Station Video Collection List allows you to add up to 50 videos of your choice. Create a seasonal list or a list based on a theme.....*whatever you like*!
The videos display near the bottom of your station's video portal and is intended to offer your viewers more content.
*This List will be available on the Passport landing page in the future.*
## Requirements
This List requires a minimum of four (4) videos and a maximum of 50 videos.
## Example
## How to schedule a version of the Station Video Collection List
- From the Station Lists dashboard, click** Station Video Collection **(Figure 1) and **[schedule a version of the List](https://docs.pbs.org/space/CB/327555258/How+to+Schedule+a+List+Version)**.

After clicking Add Item, use the Video List form to search for the first video you want to add (Figure 2).
> 📝 **Use only the fields you wish to search; the fewer fields searched, the more results returned.**
- In the ***Video Title***** textbox**, type the** name of video title** you want to locate (Figure 2.1).
- In the ***Show *****textbox**, begin typing the** name of the show** that holds the video you want (Figure 2.2). As you start typing, a list of matches displays. Click the** name of the show **you want.
- Click the** *****Show Platform***** dropdown menu** and click the **platform **on which the show is available (Figure 2.3).
- Click the ***Video Audience Availability***** dropdown** and click the** level of availability **of the video for which you are searching (Figure 2.4).
- Click the ***Video Platform***** dropdown **and click the **platform **on which the video is available (Figure 2.5).
- Click the ***Video Type***** dropdown **and click the **type of video **(clip, full length, preview) you want to search (Figure 2.6).

The following example illustrates searching by Show title.
- In the Show textbox, type the **name of the show** that contains the video you wish to include (Figure 3.1).
- When matching results display, click the **name of the show** you want to search (Figure 3.2).
- Click **Search **(Figure 3.3).

- Use the pagination at the bottom of the page to scroll through all results (Figure 4.1).
- When results display, click the** checkbox** next to the video you want to use (Figure 4.2).

- Click **Save & Add Another **to add more videos to this version (this List requires a minimum of four videos) or** Save** to save this version of the List (Figure 5).

- A notification displays at the top of the page, indicating that the List item has been added and saved (Figure 6).

## How users find this version of the List on your station portal
Users can view this version of your List:
- near the bottom of the homepage of your station video portal
- on the “My Station” screen on PBS.org and apps.
View your station site information in [Station Manager](https://station.console.pbs.org/) | [Learn more about Station Manager](https://docs.pbs.org/space/SM/5046274/Station+Manager)
- The List is titled [ Station ] List and displays one row of videos. Users can click the **List title** to view the rest of the videos in the List (Figure 1).
