## Overview
The [PBS.org](http://pbs.org/) Local Passport Videos List provides a place for Passport-enabled stations to add **local Passport videos** to their local [PBS.org](http://PBS.org) station Passport page ([https://www.pbs.org/explore/passport/](https://www.pbs.org/explore/passport/)). Videos display in the order in which they are added (i.e.: the first video added displays first, the second next, etc.).
**Curate is not set up to prevent non-Passport videos from being added to this list so be sure to review videos carefully so that you only add Passport videos to this list. **

> ℹ️ This list is different from the list found in the Passport section on your local station video portal. That list features national shows and is programmed by PBS.
## Requirements
This list requires a minimum of four (4) videos and allows a maximum of 50 videos. Adding fewer than four (4) items will result in the List failing to publish.
Your station must be Passport-enabled in order to take advantage of this feature. To ask about enabling Passport on your station, [submit a Support ticket](https://digitalsupport.pbs.org/support/tickets/new).
## Video availability options
The following video availability options are available when selecting videos from Curate and adding them to your Local Passport Videos list:
| **Status** | **Definition** |
| --- | --- |
| Available to all users | The video can be viewed by any (localized) user on all PBS platforms or station website. Does not require login or Passport membership. |
| Available only to PBS Passport members | The video can be viewed by any (localized) user on all PBS platforms or** **station website that has the PBS Passport member benefit. |
| Available only to Station Passport members | The video can only be viewed on PBS platforms or your station’s website by those who have your local station’s Passport member benefit and are localized to your station. |
| All Available and Unavailable Videos | This includes videos in the categories above as well as videos that are not currently available for streaming. Used mostly to find content for Lists scheduled in the future. Content must be published in [Media Manager](https://docs.pbs.org/space/MM/5341192/Media+Manager) in order to surface in results.

## Example
## How to schedule a version of the Local Passport Video List
- Click **PBS.org Local Passport Videos** (Figure 1) and **[schedule a version of the List](https://docs.pbs.org/space/CB/327555258/How+to+Schedule+a+List+Version)**.

After clicking Add Item, search for a video in one of the following ways:
| **Form field** | **Description** |
| --- | --- |
| **Video title** | The title of the video |
| **Show ** | The name of the show |
| **Show Platform ** | The specific platform on which the show is available |
| **Video Audience Availability** | ** **The audience to which the video you are searching is available. For this list, select videos with a* Passport Members* designation

| **Video Type** | ** **The type of video you want to search. Video types: clips, previews, full length |
> ℹ️ **To return a broader set of search results, choose only one search option (example: only search for a Show). To return a more precise set of search results, use quotes around your video title (example: "50 Years of Wilderness").**
In the following example, we are searching by the name of the Show.
- Click the **Show dropdown menu** and begin typing the **name of the show** that holds the video you wish to include in your List (Figure 2.1).
- When the desired result displays, click the **video title** (Figure 2.2).
- Click **Search **(Figure 2.3).
All matching results display.

- Results display further down the page. Use the **pagination **at the bottom of the page to scroll through all results (Figure 3.1).
- Click the** checkbox **next to the video you want to include in your List (Figure 3.2).
- Click the **Availability dropdown menu** to expand the item and verify the video is** *****Passport only*** (Figure 3.3).

- When finished, click** Save & Add Another **to add another item to this List, or **Save** to save the List and return to the main List page (Figure 4).

- Unpublished Lists can be edited, while live Lists cannot. Your Local Passport Videos List displays with videos arranged in the order in which they were added.
## How to delete and edit items in your List version
- To delete an item, click the **X** next to the item you wish to delete (Figure 1.1).
- To edit an item, click the **right-facing arrow** next to the item you wish to edit (Figure 1.2).

- Once the List item is expanded, click** Edit Item** to edit the List item (Figure 2).
