## Overview

<span style="color: #ff0000">**This feature is available to station admins only.**</span>

Once a station admin has been given access to the AIM console, they can begin inviting others in their organization. This section shows you how to invite users to your organization in the AIM console. Once a user accepts your invitation, they can log in to the AIM console and begin working.

## How to invite people

- Click** your station call letters** in the upper right side of the console (Figure 1.1).
- From the dropdown menu, click **Invites** (Figure 1.2).

- All existing users are listed, along with their title and whether or not they have accepted the invitation yet.
  - Accepting an invitation means that the person who has been invited has opened the email invitation from AIM and clicked the link inside. The link directs the user to the main AIM login screen where they can log in with their credentials and access the AIM console.
- Click the **blue Invite Users button** in the upper right side of the screen to invite a user (Figure 2).

- The current inventory of users appears (Figure 3.1).
- In the Email textbox, type the **email address of the person** you want to invite (Figure 3.2).
- Click the **Role dropdown menu** and click either **Station Admin** or **Station User** (Figure 3.3). This role determines the tasks that the user is allowed to perform in the AIM console.
- If you wish to invite another user, click **Add Another Invite** and follow the steps above (Figure 3.4).
- When finished, click **Send Invites** (Figure 3.5).

- The most recent invitations appear at the top of the Invites list (Figure 4).
- The *Accepted *column indicates if the user has accepted the invitation and activated their account.
  - *Yes *- the user has accepted the invitation
  - *No - Resend - *the user has not yet opened the invitation. Click **Resend** to resend the invitation.

- The user should go to the inbox of the email address that is associated with their AIM account and open the email from *PBS Digital Account Management* (Figure 5.1).
- The body of the email displays their email address, station, and their role in AIM. To accept the invitation and log in to the AIM console, the user should click ***log in to the AIM console*** (Figure 5.2).

- The user is directed to the console where they should click **Login** and log in with their [PBS account](https://pbs-docs.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/AVAIL/pages/5636999) credentials (Figure 6).

- After the user has logged in, their name appears on the *Invites *page and displays *Yes* in the *Accepted *column, indicating that they have logged in to the AIM console and can begin working (Figure 7).
