  1. What's the PBS equivalent of a conversion? And how might we track it?

    1. Conversions could be things like:

      *Making a donation
      *Signing up for a newsletter
      *Completing out a form and submitting contact info 

      Depending on how the different parts of your site are set up, you should be able to track them in Google Analytics using the "goals" function to track when a user hits the confirmation screen.
