VPPA reports are generated on the first day of each month and are available to all stations through PBS's file sharing service, Nextcloud. On the first day of each month, PBS automatically generates the report and places it in your station's unique Amazon S3 folder on the Nextcloud portal. Each station has a folder that is unique to them and you can access your customized report in the folder that bears your station's call letters. For instance, WETA can find their report in the folder labeled WETA.

Reports containing a large amount of content are downloaded as a ZIP file and broken up into separate CSV files. 

To access your folder, please log in to the Nextcloud console.
