Roles determine how you can use the Media Manager console. Permissions are assigned at the role level and allow you to perform certain tasks in Media Manager. This creates a very specific point of accountability for all changes, updates, creations and deletions in the tool. Below is a list of roles and associated tasks allowed in Media Manager. 

If you need help with something you don't have access to, please submit a support ticket.

  • Can edit assigned /objects.
  • Cannot create/manage other user accounts.
  • Can edit most fields in each object.
  • If you need edit a field that you cannot access, file a support ticket.
  • Read-only access to assigned Series-related objects.
  • Cannot edit fields in any object.
