You must check the "Is alternate language primary" checkbox in the primary video asset in order for both versions to show on the resource. 

You must create a separate asset for each supporting material file.  For example, if you have a PDF in both English and in Spanish you must create two separate assets with two unique titles and add them to the resource as two separate assets.

There could be multiple reasons why this is happening.  Here are some things to look for:

  • Be sure your expiration date is set to a day in the future.  If the expiration date for your asset or resource is set for a day that has already passed it will not appear online. 
  • Be sure "Is primary" is checked in the Media section of your asset
