How to submit your logo
Please attach your logo to an email and send to PBSLM.MC@pbs.org. You can include an unlimited number of Brand, Contributor, Funder, and Producer logos.
Acceptable logo formats
All logos submitted to PBS must adhere to the following guidelines:
- .PNG (Must be transparent)
- Minimum size: 250 pixels wide
- Should be at least 72 dpi
- PBS will attempt to remove white space and will request a new logo if necessary
Color
- Logos should be RGB (for web and mobile). CMYK (for print) files are accepted but we cannot guarantee that there will not be color shifts that sometimes occur when using the wrong color space for web.
- All logos display in color.
More recommendations
- We strongly recommend including at least one logo on each resource (typically the Contributor logo).
- Submit a version of your logo that does not have additional small text. Taglines and other small text at the final display size will most likely be illegible and might create a cluttered appearance.
- Submit the highest resolution files available to ensure that your logo is not blurry. We cannot guarantee that your logo will display properly if your files are too low in resolution.
- Submit transparent logos, i.e., no white space inside or surrounding the logo image.
