PBS LearningMedia, a partnership of PBS and the WGBH Educational Foundation, is a free, PreK-12 digital media service available to educators nationwide. Our website is a trusted source of content and home to more than 30,000 classroom-ready materials created by PBS member stations and partners.

Throughout the school year, teachers and students visit PBS LearningMedia to find and engage with content: watch videos, complete assignments, search, and share. Educators tell us they value most the quality of the media they find on the platform, along with the immersive, self-paced Interactive Lesson Plans offered. Through our research, we’ve learned that educators search our platform for video segments that introduce a topic or explain a concept to students. Teachers are using traditional lesson plans on the platform, as well as the classroom support materials that accompany all of our media. All of the content on PBS LearningMedia is aligned to state and national curriculum standards, which teachers use to frame their lesson planning.

To ensure the success of your content, please review the Editorial Guide and the CMS User Manual.
